Important: Driving Licence Application Services is not affiliated or associated with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), the Driving Standards Agency (DSA), or any other official body or organisation. The checking service we provide may be obtained from DVLA at a lesser fee, or you can apply to the DVLA without a checking service.

1. Services available through the Website:

The Website allows you to apply for, update, replace or change a driving licence and its information online, securely and fast (the ‘Services’). We process the form, check and deliver it to you so that you can to submit your application to the DVLA, together with any applicable charge. Please refer to the table for details of these charges. The Website is provided to you for your use subject to these Terms of Use. By using the Website to obtain the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Amendments:

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of the Website or provision of services. Any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the Website. The changes will apply to the use of the Website after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms of Use you should not continue to use the Website. If you continue to use the Website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms of Use.

If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting us. b) If we have reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Website, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account.

5. Services and our obligations:

a) We will assist you to apply for, update, replace or change a driving licence and its information online, securely and fast. We will process the forms and information, check them and deliver them to you in a form that you can to submit as your application to the DVLA, together with any applicable charge. b) In providing these Services we will charge a fee in addition to the official DVLA, details of which can be found in the table.

6. Exclusion and limitation of liability for Services:

a) We will not be liable to you for any refusal of the DVLA to accept your application except by reason of any errors and omissions attributable to us. b) We shall only be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you which is a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach by us of these Terms of Use. c) In the event that any loss or damage suffered by you relates to your business activities then we exclude all liability for any business loss and in particular we exclude all liability for loss of profits or other economic loss arising out of a breach of these Terms of Use. d) We do not exclude or limit liability for our negligence or negligent omission which causes you personal injury or results in death. e) Your statutory rights are unaffected by these Terms of Use.

7. Your right to cancel:

a) You have the right to cancel this Agreement at any time up to the end of thirty working days after the day on which we have received and accepted your application, subject to the following provisions. b) IMPORTANT – You do not have the right to cancel the Agreement if our provision of our Services, including checking, filling or posting your application, begins with your express agreement before the end of the thirty days cancellation period. By applying for the service you require on the Website you expressly agree that your right to cancel is restricted and not applicable once we have commenced performance of the services you have requested, and you acknowledge that these services may be provided immediately or very shortly after you order them on the Website c) To exercise your right of cancellation, you may give written notice to us by email, at our email address Driving Licence Application Services

8. Refund policy

a) Subject to your cancellation rights explained above you will not be entitled to any refund of monies paid to us in accordance with these Terms unless we have been unable to provide the Services to you, except where the fault does not lie with us or we are not given the opportunity to rectify the fault in order to subsequently provide the Services. b) In the event that a discretional refund is agreed by us this will be subject to an administrative fee of £20.00 (inclusive of our bank fees). c) Your statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Proper use of the Website:

You may not use the Website for any of the following purposes: a) Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material or that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, or otherwise breaches any applicable laws, regulations or code of practice; b) interfering with any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Website; c) making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner. You will be responsible for our losses and costs resulting from your breach of this clause 8.

The content of the Website is protected by copyright, trademarks, database right and other intellectual property rights.

11. Availability of the Website:

a) Although we aim to offer you the best website facility possible, we make no promise that the Website will meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that its operation will be fault-free. b) Your access to the Website may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services; we will attempt to restore the Website as soon as we reasonably can.

12. Our right to suspend or cancel your registration:

a) We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms of Use. b) You can cancel your registration at any time by informing us in writing If you do so, you must stop using the Website. c) The suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use the Website shall not affect either party’s statutory rights or liabilities.

As a convenience to customers, the Website may include links to other websites and material which is beyond its control. We are not responsible for content on any website outside our Website. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Website we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can.

14. Advertising and sponsorship:

The Website may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Website complies with relevant laws and codes including your cancellation rights for your purchases of goods and services. We will not be responsible to you for any error or inaccuracy in advertising and sponsorship material.

These Terms of Use will be subject to the laws of England and Wales. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so within the United Kingdom.
