How do I request a refund?
If you would like to cancel your application, you must complete and submit a Refund Request within 24 hours of your application. Providing your Refund Request has been submitted within the 24 hours, a full refund will be provided and all data related to your application will be deleted. If a refund has been requested after your application has already been processed with the DVLA, we will provide a full refund of our service only and all data relating to your application will be deleted from our system.
How long will my refund take?
Your refund will appear in your account within 5 days, in most cases this will happen within 1-3 days. If the refund was initiated within 24 hours of the original transaction, your bank may simply reverse the payment.
I still haven't recieved my refund?
As mentioned, your bank may reverse the original transaction if the refund was requested within 24 hours. Sometimes this isn’t clear on your banking transaction history, if you have waited more than 3 days for your refund, please contact our support team and we will supply you with your ARN tracking number, this wil allow the bank to trace the refund.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
Once a cancellation has been successfully completed, all application data is removed from our database within 72 hours. We never share data with any third party other than the DVLA and the UK passport office.
